Renovation – Casa del Viento

Nothing can stop us now – not only the season has started already also rebuilding and renovating our new house „Casa del Viento“ is in full swing and it slowly takes form.

 
At the beginning bureaucracy and authorities caused a holdup and apart from that we had to change the construction company but now finally everything is plumb. Demolition work is done and the new structure slowly but surely gets visible. The floor plan changed a bit and got optimized. We built new walls, a new stairwell and now the water pipes and electric cables will be laid. Then the next step will be to put the under floor heating and the air-condition and after that it’s time to put the floor. Getting excited
On the ground floor there will be set up a shop with reception as well as three studios, each with sleeping room, own bathroom and a small kitchen. On the first floor there will be built five bedrooms. One of them will be a suite and the other four rooms will each share a bathroom in between two. Besides we will create a big living room with a flat screen – a nice common chill-out-area. On the second floor there will be a kitchen and a 100m2 big roof terrace with amazing views. Perfect for sunbathing, joint bbq’s or cooking events.

The chicos are working hard so we can open the doors of “Casa del Viento” at the beginning of June. Bookings can already be made now. We are looking forward to welcome you soon! Hasta Pronto!
