Learn Surfing and Stand Up Paddling in Tarifa

We offer you a fast, safe instruction with modern equipment, certified teachers and a lot of fun on the board! The aim of our concept is sustainable training so that you’ll be able to practise independently and safely after the course.

For all customers who want to rent equipment and do not have a Surf or SUP experience, please book first a Surf- / SUP-Trialcourse. All advanced riders are welcome to rent the equipment directly.

Our lessons follow a proven methodology that combines theory and practice. The timing of our surfing courses may be directed to the latest weather and wave conditions.
All Surf / SUP courses include the complete equipment (Surf / SUP board, paddle, leash, wetsuit or Lycra top) for the duration of the training, as well as free transportation to various surf spots, if required by the weather and wave conditions there.

Beginner Surf-Course – 189€

10 hours of lessons on 2-3 days, 2-8 students per instructor

This course is the right choice for all who don`t have any previous experience with Surfing, it will be divided into a theory and a practice. We will introduce you to:

Theorie: weather, tides, drift, waves, surf gear and the history of surfing
Security rules
Right of way in surfing
Paddling, sitting, turning
Duck dive (dive through a wave)
Paddling in white water waves
Riding white water waves…

At the end of the course, every student should be able to stand on the board (Take-off) and surf white water waves. The participant’s success depends on his/her motivation, talent and experience in similar sports.

Individual training is for everbody, who wants to progress fast and prefers individual mentoring by a professional surfing instructor. You’d like to learn something new? Riding proper waves, a cut-back?

Individual training is for everbody, who wants to progress fast and prefers individual mentoring by a professional kitesurfing instructor. You’d like to learn something new? Riding Upwind, Jumping, a Backroll or Kiteloops?

Surf or SUP Board, Wetsuit, Paddel

You are an independent Surf or Stand Up Paddler, but you don`t have your own equipment? No problem, we offer every guest the suitable Surf and SUP Board. As premium partner of F-One, we have the latest Surf and SUP-Boards in different sizes. The wetsuits are from ION Essentials and Prolimit. They are available in sizes between XXS and XXL.
